Paddlesport BCU 1 Star 2 days

This course provides complete beginners with the skills and knowledge to paddle with confidence.

YP11 Wed/Thur 1/2 August YP12 Wed/Thurs 15/16 August

Paddlesport BCU 2 Star 3 days

This course will build on the 1 Star skills and includes moving sideways, ruddering, how to rescue someone, sculling for support and doing a short trip. This is for young people with 1 star ability.
