Paddlesport BCU 1 Star 1 day

This is for complete beginners and will give you the skills and knowledge to get you paddling with confidence.

Paddlesport BCU 2 Star 2 days

This course will build on the 1 Star skills and include moving sideways, ruddering, how to rescue someone, sculling for support and doing a short trip.
